OracleMind (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using OracleMind, you agree to the practices described below.

1Data We Collect

To generate personalized forecasts, we collect the following information:

• Birth date and time— used to compute your derivation chart and classical analysis.
• Birth place— used for accurate chart calculation and timezone correction.
• Current location— used to contextualize forecasts relative to where you are now.
• Forecast questions— the topics and questions you ask, used to tailor predictions.
• Email address (optional) — collected only if you create an account, used for authentication and account recovery.

2How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized forecasts and simulation results.
• To improve the accuracy of our prediction models through aggregated, anonymized analysis.
• To provide history and bookmark features so you can review past forecasts.
• To authenticate your session and maintain your account, if you have one.

We do not use your personal data to train identifiable profiles about you, and we never use it for advertising.

3Data Storage & Sharing

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not rent or trade it. Data is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate OracleMind, as described in Section 6.

4Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access— request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Delete— request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export— download your data in a portable, machine-readable format.

5Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and keeping you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie-based cross-site tracking occurs.

6Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party providers to operate OracleMind:

• Vercel— hosting and content delivery. Vercel may process request logs and IP addresses as part of serving the application.
• AI inference providers— we transmit your forecast questions and birth data to AI inference providers solely to generate your personalized forecasts. Providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their own models.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary to deliver the requested feature.

7Children's Privacy

OracleMind is intended for users aged 16 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
