1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OracleMind (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

OracleMind is an AI-powered multi-perspective analysis tool. All content generated by the Service is provided strictly for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. It is not professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on the Service’s output are made at your own risk. We are not liable for consequences arising from actions taken in reliance on the Service.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using OracleMind, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We offer guest mode for trial use, but saved data is limited in that mode.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others’ rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse free usage limits
• Reverse engineer or extract the Service’s underlying models or data

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features (Premium subscription and Deep Insight single purchases) are currently in development. When available, subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service’s software, design, and content (excluding user inputs) are owned by OracleMind. The classical texts used as reference (classical reference texts) are in the public domain. You retain ownership of the questions and data you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OracleMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
